About founder

Our company’s keystone Shree SANATKUMAR GOVINDLAL SHAH completed his Diploma Civil Engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao Gaikwad (M.S.) University, Vadodara. He started his career in 1977 as a Junior Engineer in transmission tower construction company. His passion, dedication & discipline help him to build his career. Later he started a company name “SHREENATH CONSTRUCTION CO.” in 1988 which was registered under R&B Department, Gandhinagar. He was constructed many buildings of the Hosing Board Department and bridges of Surat Municipality Corporation. His capability of project monitoring and controls with remarkable execution has set new benchmarks. In 2006 he started a new company name “CREATIVE CONSTRUCTION CO.” With other partner and constructed many landmark projects like Aquarium Building at Surat (Pal), Civil Court Building at various locations Olpad, Kathor, Bardoli, Mahuva & Vyara, Govt. Staff Quarter Buildings at Chikhli, Judge Quarter Building at Bardoli, Taluka Seva Sadan Building at Mahuva, R.T.O. Fitness & Inspection Centre at Olpad (first ever in Gujarat), Govt. Hostel buildings at Songadh & Olpad, Etc. His expertise in Quantity Surveying & Estimating helps company to get more contracts & company’s rapid growth. Later, In 2015 his son Mr. Jenil S. Shah joined him passionately and started a new company named “M/s. Gravity Buildcon”. He has 42 years of experience in the construction industry and constructed more than 10 Lacs Square feet area & 2.5 Lacs Square feet area is under construction. With his guidance the company will make new records and set benchmarks in industry.
